Nothing is what it once was...

It would be foolish to say I did not know what would happen. I did, I am after all a Goddess. Limited as I was even with my power, I knew that as nature took it's course over the tides of time. My creations would adapt, become whatever they wished. Ko'vale as the world has been named by my children, changed as they did. Creatures that once were no smarter then a rock became beings of such intelligence. Those who I created with intelligence formed their own kingdoms, territories, lore, and tradition. But what I had not seen, foolish I know. Was that over time a creature of such intelligence would be driven by power. These creature started out primitive, I had no desire to make such a race, but as time went by they evolved into something more.

That is the power of evolution, of natural order. When prey becomes overpopulated, natural order will create a predator to fix the balance...this predator is smart, one that none have ever seen. They take a form that no other creature of my will has, and they may be the very undoing of what I had originally planned for Ko'vale and my Children. The little power I left to govern the flow of balance has now been tilted. The balance is no more, this can not be left to continue. I have called on one of my Children, for in all there is the blood of the very elements I used to create them. Rare, few, now known as myth. My chosen few, as I deemed “Elements” are needed. They have been left to slumber, their power unchallenged.

Until now, now when one of the very powers of life has been tainted. Or will, there is no doubt to the intelligence these Amahté have. They will figure out the Crystal's power and soon. The child I have called upon is the very Element who's Crystal will be tampered with. That child will cross the world, see things no other of that race or any race has seen. Will encounter many other races, ideas, and order. Things once thought true will be proven false. Things once forgotten will once again be remembered. This Element will learn who and what she is for she will not know who or what is calling to her.

I know, you think “As a Goddess why not change it yourself? Or if not, why not tell this Element who and what they are?”. Simple questions, simple to change, to alter. But as you know very well, that is not how life works. If everything was done for you, you would never learn. Never grow. And this is not why I created you. I created you to live, feel, learn, and grow. I wasn't there in the beginning after your race's creation. I will not be here now. I will only warn and leave all of it to you.

.: Loose limitation - Every RP forum has rules, be they for the site itself. On character creation, race, etc. But do not let that intimidate you. Ko'vale is rated “M” for mature, we understand that some characters are right down nasty, or insanely sweet. Some characters are murders while others have a hero complex. Bring them to Ko'vale! Anything goes, and we mean it. :.

.: Easy to gain ranks - Every race on Ko'vale has a unique form of Hierarchy. That means that ranks will be open at all times or on special occasions. Those ranks need to be filled. Can't find a rank you would like? Do not worry, there will be many opportunities to gain rank. :.
