The old slum has changed. Completely rebuilt, after the terrible attempt to destroy the planet, from Sephiroth who is a well known legend even to this day. The city has been reconstructed into four sections. This place is now a very resourceful to visit, as the people have changed since their mistake in relying on Shinra. Mako energy is still no longer used and all of SOLDIER no longer exist.
